Service Agreements
Undoubtedly the best way to budget your IT expenses! Our service agreements are yearly agreements in which clients are allotted a certain amount of service time per 4 week cycle. This is usually based upon the structure of your network and the maintenance required for maintaining it. Service agreements are a great way to budget IT expenses and start as low as $186.00 per month.

Block Time Purchase
Our block-time purchase is what we like to call our Costco plan, buy in bulk and use on as as-needed basis.

There are 2 options that fall under this category. There is a regular block-time purchase which guarantees a 2-day response time for all IT issues.

Our emergency block-time purchases guarantees same-day service on all IT issues.

Hourly Rates
Lastly, our hourly rates start at $122.00 per hour.
